Juan is an ATA-Certified Translator and a legal communication strategist with over 25 years of experience in translation, litigation support, and multilingual content delivery.
Born and raised in Argentina, he got his BA in translation with a specialization in Legal and Finance.
He was a university professor for 18 years, teaching legal translation, business translation, and interpreting.
He met Natalia Szachta in his previous company, and together they founded BTCS to meet the growing need for specialized communication solutions.
Juan has led multilingual projects involving immigration, corporate litigation, regulatory filings, and cross-border contracts for law firms, court systems, and global businesses.
Juan is also a regular speaker on legal communication workflows, translator ethics, and the evolving role of linguists in compliance-driven industries.
As a Certified-PM, she leads our production team, perfecting our processes, analyzing our clients’ needs, their material, and budget to make it happen in spite of all constraints.
She is known for her rigorous standards, sharp legal acumen, and ability to turn complex, culturally specific documents into court-ready, compliant translations.
Natalia’s curiosity dragged her into the localization industry; she immediately fell in love with it and could never let it go. In 2010, she began working as a Project Manager and developed a sound knowledge of content architecture, certification workflows, and quality assurance protocols.
